Trainings and information days
The trainings and information days conducted by our experienced auditors. We will provide an overview of what is going on in forestry and in the wood industry, of various certification schemes and the related standards and raise your awareness of issues in the field.
If you are responsible for CE marking or the Chain of Custody (COC) or Forest Management (FM) certification system (or a certain part of the system) at your company, would like to apply for a certificate in the future, or would simply like to stay updated, we have a suitable solution for you in the form of our introductory seminars.
Our aim is to raise awareness through seminars and information days All the information you need on the regulation of construction products and CE marking conditions, supply chain and forest management requirements. To increase awareness of the regulation of construction products and of the terms and conditions of CE marking, as well as of the requirements applicable to the chain of custody and forest management through seminars and information days and thereby increase your and your cooperation partners’ capability to comply with the rules and legislation of responsible forest management and sustainable chain of custody.
We can provide the following trainings based on your wishes and needs:
- CE marking of timber products;
- Chain of Custody (FSC® /PEFC/SBP) – standards, interpretations, and directives;
- Forest Management (FSC® /PEFC) – standards, interpretations, and directives;
- Controlled wood;
- Chain of Custody and Forest Management related legislation (e.g. the Forest Act, the Occupational Safety Act, etc.);
- The European Union timber regulation (EUTR);
- Visual grading of timber (INSTA 142, BS 4978, BS 5534, BS 2484);
- EUDR.
