Education: Master’s degree in Wood Processing Technology (Tallinn University of Technology)

Work experience: 27 years of experience in various wood industries, including the last 15 years as a lead auditor at a certification body.

Interesting fact/hobbies: Folk dancing and, if possible, discovering different countries.

Colleague’s comment: One of the most level-headed people on our team and undoubtedly a specialist in her field. She often shares stories from her travels with us, which are always fascinating to hear.

Renal Lastik – Supply chain and forest management certification, ISCC and SURE certification, RED III and EUDR

Work experience: 16+ years of international experience as an auditor for various sustainability and product certification schemes. 5+ years of experience in the wood industry (primary and secondary production).

Interesting fact/hobbies: Enjoys delving into the technical details of standards and regulations.

Colleague’s comment: Someone you can always rely on and turn to with any question. Smart, intelligent and very thorough in their work. Undoubtedly a highly skilled specialist in their field.

Kerli Vislapuu – Financial, certification management

Education: Master’s degree in Economics, specialising in Finance and Financial Management

Work experience: 4 years of experience as an IT and Quality Manager at a wholesale company and 5 years as a Financial Controller at an international manufacturing company. Has worked at a certification body for the last 7 years. Has more than 19 years of experience in financial accounting.

Interesting fact/hobbies: Enjoys spending time with friends and family – solving puzzles, playing board games or travelling, especially spending time at sea in summer. An animal lover, with two dogs, and also appreciates the company of horses.

Colleague’s comment: Extremely attentive to detail, a domesticated finance specialist. Someone you could easily get caught up chatting with; she has more than earned the title of the most talkative colleague.

Interesting fact/hobbies: Enjoys hiking and running.

Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Natural Resources Management and Protection, PhD in Forestry.

Work experience: More than 15 years of experience in forestry, agriculture and environmental marketing.

Interesting fact/hobbies: A great history enthusiast. Enjoys running or hiking, especially with her dog, as well as travelling like everyone else. Has run a marathon without any prior training.

Colleague’s comment: Very determined and unable to say “no”. Nothing is impossible for her; you just have to find “another way”. Always positive and smiling. Seems to never sleep.

Anna Maria Jäetma – Coordination of certification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Estonian Philology (Editing and Abstracting), Master’s degree in Linguistics and Language Editing (Tallinn University)

Work experience: 3 years as a teacher in kindergarten and school, and the last 2+ years at a certification body. In addition, several years of experience doing various translation projects.

Interesting fact/hobbies: Main hobbies are knitting and photography. I enjoy good company and a good laugh. I am mainly known for the fact that my name has appeared as a translator in several cartoons. I have also created subtitles for people with hearing loss, so I value clear and understandable language.

Colleague’s comment: The administrative fairy without whom we cannot imagine the company’s work and day-to-day operations. The youngest member of the team, yet a very important and significant support in keeping the company’s daily activities running smoothly.
